All coaching is for educational and personal-development purposes only. I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace therapy or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions that follow from our work together.
3. Digital Products
All downloads, templates, and resources are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold. Due to their digital nature, purchases are non-refundable, but if something isn’t right, please get in touch.
4. Payment & Scheduling
Payment is taken securely via the website checkout. For coaching sessions, rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site: words, visuals, downloads, belongs to Self Studio unless stated otherwise. Please don’t reuse or replicate without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
I aim to provide accurate, supportive guidance, but can’t guarantee specific outcomes. By participating, you agree that Self Studio isn’t liable for results of decisions you make based on this work.
